About Casey

Casey was born in S. Dakota and raised in Colorado where he began working in the construction industry at the age of 14.  He began building custom homes on the residential side.  He also trained and worked at forming concrete foundations on the commercial side before moving to California in 1989.  He continued working in commercial construction building medical clean rooms and completing various tenant improvement projects.

Over the past 30 years, Casey has managed and completed numerous residential and commercial construction projects combined; working as either a Project Manager or Supervisor for various construction companies. He has also worked on his own as an independent contractor. During this time, he worked in the Carpenter’s Union building and completing many commercial retail establishments.  For instance, he managed the building of a “Super Target”, “Buckle” departments stores, “Pac Sun”, “Juicy Couture”, “24 Hour Fitness”, “Denny’s”, and “Taco Bell”. Furthermore, Casey has also been involved in the building and construction of several colleges as Soka University, Azusa Pacific Christian College, and Chapman College. Also, he supervised formwork on concrete structures for Marriott, Hyatt, and Irvine Spectrum.

Lastly, Casey managed 30-35 construction building projects a year on campus at the University of CA., Irvine where he received his Certificate in Project Management.

For the past 13 years, he has been working on his own as a General Contractor running residential renovations and remodels, along with commercial tenant improvement and construction building projects.

About Deborah

Deborah was born and raised in Atlanta, GA. She moved with her family to southern CA after graduating from High School. 

Once in California, Deborah attended Santa Ana College and completed an AA degree in Liberal Arts. Afterward, she went on to CA State Univ. Fullerton and obtained a BA degree in Communications/Advertising. Deborah worked mostly in the Advertising industry for 15 years with such clients as Disneyland & Disney Studios, Bandai & Playmates Toy manufacturers, several software entertainment companies, and Lincoln-Mercury. Deborah also launched a clothing line in LA.

After Casey and Deborah’s son started elementary school, she worked for a charity on the development side, raising money by running events in the OC area to cure cancer.

Later, Deborah went on to work as a Wardrobe Stylist and Set Decorator for a few TV commercials, print ads, fashion shows, and independent films.

Deborah studied Interior Design for 4 years at Saddleback College and has worked with various clients over the years to choose their lighting, paint colors, fabrics, flooring, tiles, furniture, fixtures, wallpaper, paint, window coverings, cabinetry, interior and exterior doors, and countertops. She has also done space planning.

Deborah’s specialty is working closely with clients to help problem-solve their homes’ interior spaces for better function and aesthetics.

Deborah now works as a support for CH Construction and handles bookkeeping, estimating and scheduling, while offering decorating services to clients in need.
